Check TCC Switch and wiring is functioning correctly

  1. Open CS-SETUP App --> Diagnostics --> Switch Monitor Switch to Power
  2. RHS column will indicate a change from Off to On when momentary switch is pressed, most likely SG13 and SG1 Use this to monitor for results below
  3. Remove TCC Activation, using a jumper wire (test light) bridge (TAP it ONLY) the wire to a ground point, a value in RHS column should change which indicates the problem is above the switch continue to step 4. If it doesn't then investigate wiring back down to COMPUSHIFT
  4. Remove Earth for Activation and if connected Earth for LED's. Bridge from Earth for Activation wire to TCC Activation wire (TAP it ONLY) and corresponding value in RHS column should switch indicating a good earth and faulty switch. If not continue
  5. Reconnect TCC Activation to terminal. Bridge a new "good earth" directly to the Earth for Activation terminal and activate switch. If this works it indicates the supplied Earth wiring is no good. Investigate.
