We have had a case recently where a Gen II lockup module would not power on, checked the Power and ground connections and fuse and they were all correct.
Through Investigations we discovered that the Yellow wire in the Loom had been inserted into the wrong terminal (see pictures below).
The four blank pins in there looms correspond to pins used for programming the software on the board. If a wire is incorrectly inserted into one of these 4 locations, the module will not power on.
