This is an indication that the application cannot connect to the internet. Check the Application permissions and that the user is connected to the internet
IOS:
- Open Settings
- Enable Wifi or check mobile data is connected
- Scroll down the list to the Nomad Lockup Application
- Ensure that mobile data is enabled
Android
- Open Settings
- Enable Wifi or check mobile data is connected
- Scroll down the list Apps
- Find the Nomad Lockup Application
- Click on Permissions
- Ensure that both Files and Media and Nearby Devices are Allowed
